Purchased a Zafira tourer about a month ago. Great service with no pressure sales at all. Answered any questioned I had and fixed small issues I had with the car before collecting.

First time dealing with Woods, and it certainly won’t be the last. From my experience, they only deal with cars that have been well maintained and are in great condition. Even a small problem that appeared a couple of days later was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They are the type of company who have a good reputation and want to do their best to keep it that way. They will be the first place I look at when buying my next car!

We visited woods for the first time this week to buy a BMW X6 and was greeted by one the best salesman, if not thee best Jeremy, that I have come across throughout my years of car purchasing. We found him to be very honest and not your typical pushy salesman. The car was presented to a very high standard and true to its description of what we had been told on the phone the day before.

Part exchanged our Land Rover for a Jaguar XK without any quibbles. Jeremy was very friendly and helpful also being accurate in his description of the car we were seeing. As a result we bought the car and, even when there were two minor issues identified on our 2 hour 30 minute return journey home, these were speedily rectified and fully reimbursed at a local garage to us. I recently bought a beautiful BMW Z4 coupe from Woods New Forest.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Jake. having first found my car on Ebay I had initiated my contact with Jake via Ebay messages. For every question I had Jake came back with a quick response.
After securing a deal with Jake on the car I was buying and the car I was part exchanging I headed 100 miles down to the new forest.
When i arrived there stood my new car gleaming from the professional attention it had been given.
After a quick look around the car and a good chat with Jake off I went for a test drive.
the drive was short but it was enough to know the car I was buying was indeed a very well maintained vehicle.
I was more than happy to go ahead with the sale.
I negotiate an extra £100 off the screen price due to a broken hinge on a storage compartment within the car.
we signed the relivent paperwork which Jake flew through and off i went in my new car.
The 100 mile drive home was a real pleasure.
I did notice that the rubber seal around my windscreen had perished slightly. I emailed Jake photos of the perished seal and he agreed instantly that he would pay to have it replaced.
When it came to replacement of the seal unfortunately the windscreen cracked but Jake honoured his word and not only paid for the new seal but paid for the new windscreen too.
To sum up my experience with Woods New Forest, I absolutely can not fault the service and attention to detail I received.
I would happily recommend them to anyone and certainly would not hesitate to buy a car from them in future.

Excellent service and experience. Part exchanged my Porsche for a Land rover Defender. Jake was great in sorting out the works that were required to the car before I took it away and dealing with the retention of my private plate. Excellent communication throughout especially as I am not local.

I do not usually review places on Google however I have to make an exception in this case. I only spent £3,495 on a car but Kuba & Ross both made the whole experience feel like I was spending £34,000 instead. Used car dealers can be shifty characters but I can quite happily say that this was made to be the easiest & best car buying experience of my life. We will certainly be back in the future to buy another car from you guys. Well done! If anyone wants to buy a car these are your guys!!! If I could give 10 stars then I would!

Bought a Peugoet RCZ from these guys three weeks ago and received an excellent deal on both the cars x 2 I part exchanged and the car I purchased. Sadly the car developed a couple of very expensive faults in the first few weeks of ownership . On contacting the guys at Woods we agreed to resilvecthe matter by way of returning the car for a full refund and luckily they still had one of my cars I px’d in stock so they sold it back to me for what they had paid me for it ! What a refreshing change to have dealt with such an honest car sales dealership. Sorry things didnt work out this time around with the RCZ but happy to highly recommend to future potential customers ! Thanks Guys All the Best Sean

Look, sometimes things go wrong with cars you buy, in this case it was a minor symptom hiding a major problem, the garage would never had know when selling the car, but once they knew they could not have done more to help, I mean, going way beyond what you would expect from any garage, Russ could not have tried harder to sort it all out, buying a car can be stressful, you never really know what you will get, but buying from here will give you peace of mind knowing that if anything is wrong it will get sorted,

Selling the car is fine, it’s the after service that counts!

I purchased a used 57 plate Mercedes SLK 220 CDI from Woods in October 2015. I test drove the car and it drove very nicely, condition was excellent inside and out it just needed a pair of new front tyres which Woods sorted before I took the car away. A few weeks into owning the car I noticed a rubbing noise that was audible inside the cabin but was not the engine, then a few days later the brake wear indicator appeared on the console. I called Woods for advice and they asked me to drop the car in so that they could have their garage look at the problems. 24 hours later, the car was ready. The cabin noise caused by the brake cable rubbing on the drive shaft had gone and the worn brake pads were replaced. I’m sure many other dealers would have charged for the worn brake pads at least, Woods completed the repairs free of charge. This is the kind of service that fills you with confidence. Well done Woods.

I purchased a Renault Scenic from Woods Lymington in early June. I found the two people I dealt with here to be very helpful and friendly but perhaps above all I felt immediately these people could be trusted. I got to test this as it came with a 3 month warranty with the exception of electrics. About 3 weeks after buying it I decided to use the air-con to find it wasn’t working, neither Woods nor I checked it more than turn it on to see the light was going and feeling some air coming out due to cooler weather at the time. I took the car back and was amazed how they stuck to their warranty and word to fix anything inside the warranty. I believed it would just be a re-gas but when a service station filled the gas, it still wasn’t working, their assumption initially that it was the compressor which Woods said they would find one and have the problem fixed. It then turned out not to be this but something requiring an auto-electrician to put right. I guess Woods could have claimed at this stage it was electrics so I wouldn’t be covered or at least try and get some money off me towards the fix – they didn’t, and as the car had to stay in the service station for a couple of days offered to drop the car back to me.
I have nothing but high praise and recommendation for this company and the gentleman who runs it – buy here with confidence.
