The car was exactly as described, and what really impressed me was the way they handled the little jobs after purchase.They arranged proper paint correction to bring the car back to a spotless finish, replaced the turbo diverter valve to make sure performance was spot‑on, and even sorted a new window switch without any hassle. Friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about the cars they had available. We dealt wth Jake and he was as open and honest as any salesperson could be and gave us advice that helped us to get to grips with driving an automatic when we’ve only ever had manual gears before!!! He said “Once you drive an automatic you’ll never go back” He was right. Love our ‘new’ car. It’s perfect for our three lively Border Collies with plenty of room for them on the back seat. Hassle free no pressure sale, I had an electrical fault with the vehicle a few weeks after purchase and woods went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Outstanding Customer service
The Car i bought is a high end Super car. I was expecting a large plush dealership with piped classical music and suited gentlemen with wide grins and wet handshakes. What i got was Jake and a rather smaller affair than i was expecting. The service i received was outstanding. I asked for a specialist to inspect the car. This was arranged by Jake and the car was delivered to a garage of my choice and duly inspected. All faults on the car were minor and all were rectified. There was even some PPF damage that was spotted by Jake himself and that too was replaced. It just goes to show that you can get as good a service from the smaller guys in the business and from Woods dealership and Jake, probably better.

Very friendly professional team. They do not try and push a sale and give you plenty of time to look at the vehicle and ask questions. Car well presented on collection and staff happy to show you how to operate aspects of the car you may be unfamiliar with. Cannot fault them.

Professional and straightforward, bought a 6 year old BMW a Month ago, which I subsequently took into Burch for inspection, no issues found, Jacob and Jake are both great to deal with, clearly have a passion for cars and did all they said they would do. Perfect car sales
A fantastic service from start to finish. Jake was the most helpful sales person in the world. In an industry where there are a lot of rogue traders this was not the case with woods. Jake took his time with me to show me around the car, let me take it for a decent test drive to make sure I liked the car and it would suit my needs. He then explained that the car needed to be mot’d and serviced before I could pick it up and explained any work that would be getting done to the car prior to me collecting it. A week later I picked up an immaculate car at a very fair price. I can honestly say that this was one of the best transactions I have ever made in my life and I am thrilled with the car and the service I received. It was better than a main dealers service. I would thoroughly recommend using woods and buying with confidence from them.

I had a great buying experience with Woods and ended up with a really good car (time will always tell, but so far, I’m very happy the BMW 328 I bought). Jake was very friendly, knowledgeable and seemed very open about all aspects of the purchase. He stayed late and kept the dealership open well beyond its opening time on the day of the test drive. He also came in on his day off on the day of the actual sale. I can’t comment on how the company deals with any subsequent issues because there haven’t been any thus far, but I certainly have confidence in the firm from my experience up to now.
